Aside from the actual service itself, the hourly rate also includes all communication related to the project via text, email, or phone.
If you are located outside of a 30-mile radius from my home, I charge $0.50/mile after the first 30 miles.
Organizing and cleaning services are booked separately, and organizing comes first. Once your space is organized, if you decide that you would like to take advantage of cleaning services, we will discuss that as a separate service for another time.
If you should choose to purchase things like shelving, totes, or other tools to help you stay organized, these purchases are not included in the hourly rate.
When designing your space, I will measure areas that need additional storage options. I will research options for you to purchase, and provide links to point you toward affordable, sustainable tools that will help you STAY organized. Typically, jobs take more than one session, so shopping can take place directly after the first session.
A consultation is an opportunity for us to have a conversation to get on the same page before I begin. It is important for me to gain an understanding of how you plan to use of your space to design a sustainable system for you, and it is also important to establish expectations to ensure that you know what to expect when the job is complete. Skipping this important step could potentially result in mismatched expectations and disappointment, both of which I would like to avoid!
Payment is expected upon receipt of my invoice, which will be emailed to you directly after the job is complete.
